North District™ is a brand of Fairfield Kr8tive LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit northdistrict.com or sign up for drop notifications.

01 — WHAT WE COLLECT

We only collect what you give us. When you enter your email address on our early access or launch page, we collect that email address and the date and time of your submission. We do not collect your name, payment information, browsing history, or device identifiers unless you place an order (see Section 05).

02 — HOW WE USE IT

Your email address is used exclusively to notify you about North District drops, restocks, and launch updates. We do not sell your email address. We do not share it with third-party advertisers. We do not use it for purposes beyond what you signed up for.

03 — SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use Formspree (formspree.io) and/or beehiiv to store and process early access signups. These providers process your email on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. 04 — COOKIES

Our site does not set tracking cookies or run third-party ad pixels. Google Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN, which may log the font request. That is the extent of third-party data exposure on this site.

05 — WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER

When Drop 001 launches and you make a purchase, we will collect the information necessary to process your order (name, shipping address, payment details). Payment data is processed by our payment provider and is never stored on our servers. We will update this policy with full purchase-flow details before the drop goes live.

06 — YOUR RIGHTS (CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS — CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell it). To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@fairfieldkr8tive.com or the contact address below.

07 — UNSUBSCRIBE

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also request removal at any time by emailing privacy@fairfieldkr8tive.com. We will remove you within 5 business days.

08 — CHILDREN

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.

09 — CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy as our operations grow (e.g., when the store goes live). We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify email subscribers directly.
